1. Agreement and Acceptance

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE NIXYUM PLATFORM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MUST NOT USE THE PLATFORM.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nixyum LLC (შპს „ნიქსიუმი") ("Nixyum", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the Nixyum platform, including its website, iOS and Android mobile applications, APIs, and all related services and features (collectively, the "Platform").

These Terms incorporate by reference the following documents, each of which forms an integral part of the binding agreement between Nixyum and you (collectively with these Terms, the "Policies"):

By accessing or using the Platform, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all incorporated Policies. Capitalised terms used in these Terms have the meanings assigned in the Master Definitions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms or any Policy, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. Beta Period Notice

The Platform is currently operating in Beta. During the Beta Period, the following conditions apply:

Features may be incomplete, unstable, or subject to modification, suspension, or removal without prior notice.
Data may be reset, migrated, or deleted at Nixyum's discretion during the Beta Period for operational or development purposes.
No service level agreement (SLA) or uptime guarantee applies during the Beta Period.
Nixyum does not warrant that the Beta Service will meet any specific standard of availability or performance.

These Terms and all incorporated Policies are fully legally binding during the Beta Period. Beta status affects service availability and feature stability only — it does not limit Nixyum's rights or the User's obligations under these Terms.

The Beta Period commences on the date of first public or limited user access and concludes upon Nixyum's written announcement of general availability.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an Account or use the Platform. Individuals under 18 years of age (Minors) are strictly prohibited from registering an Account or accessing the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

If Nixyum learns that an Account belongs to someone under 18, the Account is blocked at once and then deleted as described in Section 12.1 of the Privacy Policy.

3.2 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of Georgia and the laws of your country of residence. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each natural person may hold only one Account. Creating multiple Accounts — including for the purpose of circumventing an Enforcement Action — is prohibited. Corporate or organisation Accounts may be permitted on application; contact [email protected].

3.4 Geographic Availability

The Platform is operated from Georgia and is primarily directed at Users in Georgia. Access may be available from other countries; however, Nixyum makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. Users outside Georgia access the Platform at their own initiative and are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with local law.

Nixyum reserves the right to restrict, geographically limit, or block access to the Platform from any jurisdiction at any time, including for compliance with applicable foreign legislation, sanctions, or court orders, or where Nixyum determines that operating in a jurisdiction would expose Nixyum to disproportionate legal or regulatory risk.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration

To use the Platform you must register an Account, either with an email address and a password or with a supported sign-in provider (Google or Apple). During registration you give your name and your date of birth (to confirm that you are at least 18), and you set up your two Personas, Nex and Nyx, each with its own display name and handle. You represent and warrant that all registration information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You must update your registration information promptly if it changes.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, including activity by any third party who accesses your Account using your credentials whether or not authorised by you.

You must notify Nixyum immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any actual or suspected unauthorised access to your Account. Nixyum will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain Account security.

4.3 Account Verification

Nixyum reserves the right to require identity or age verification for your Nex in specific circumstances, including where impersonation is suspected, where the User engages in commercial activities on the Platform, or where required by applicable law. Failure to cooperate with a verification request may result in feature restriction or Account suspension.

5. The Dual Persona System

Each Account has one Social Persona, which the Platform calls Nex. Your Nex is the identity by which other Users know you on the Platform. At sign-up its display name is your name; you can change it. Your Nex's display name need not be your legal name, but it must not impersonate another identifiable person and must not constitute Prohibited Content.

5.2 Anonymous Persona (Nyx)

Each Account has one Anonymous Persona, which the Platform calls Nyx. Your Nyx is a pseudonymous identity that does not show other Users who you are. Content posted as your Nyx is attributed to your Nyx only and is not publicly linked to your Nex. Your Nyx's name must not be your own name or anything else that reveals who you are.

5.3 Internal Linkage

Nixyum keeps a secure internal record of which Account each Nyx belongs to. This record is not visible to other Users. It may be disclosed only in the circumstances listed in Section 6.3 of the Privacy Policy, such as a valid court order. Your Nyx does not confer absolute anonymity. By using your Nyx, you acknowledge that Nixyum keeps this record and that it may be disclosed in those circumstances.

5.4 Equal Application of Terms

These Terms, all incorporated Policies and all Enforcement Actions apply equally to your Nex and your Nyx, including Content created with Act As. A violation committed as your Nyx has the same consequences as one committed as your Nex, and anonymity is not a defence to Enforcement Action. Responsibility for a violation attaches to the Account, whichever Persona committed it. Enforcement Actions may apply to the whole Account or, where proportionate, to one Persona only (for example, suspension of a Nyx).

5.5 Persona-to-Account Mapping Confidentiality

Nixyum will not disclose the link between your Nyx and your Account to other Users, to Advertisers or to any other third party, except in the circumstances described in Section 6.3 of the Privacy Policy. You may not try to find out who is behind another User's Nyx, as the Community Guidelines explain.

6. Licence to Use the Platform

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and all incorporated Policies, Nixyum grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or publicly perform any part of the Platform or its proprietary content.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform's software, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
Sell, resell, rent, lease, or sublicence access to the Platform.
Use the Platform for any commercial purpose other than through Nixyum's official commercial channels (including the advertising system described in the Advertising Policy).
Use automated tools, bots, crawlers, or scrapers to access or extract data from the Platform without Nixyum's prior written authorisation.

Nixyum reserves all rights not expressly granted in this licence. Any unauthorised use of the Platform terminates this licence immediately.

7. User Content

7.1 Your Ownership

You retain all intellectual property rights you hold in the Content you create and post on the Platform. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of your Content to Nixyum.

7.2 Licence You Grant to Nixyum

By posting, uploading, or otherwise making Content available on the Platform, you grant Nixyum a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, sublicensable, and transferable licence to use, store, reproduce, modify (for technical adaptation, such as format conversion, compression, or resizing), distribute, publicly display, and publicly perform your Content, solely for the following purposes:

(a) operating, providing, and improving the Platform;
(b) displaying your Content to other Users as you intend;
(c) complying with applicable law; and
(d) training, evaluating and improving Nixyum's own Trust & Safety Models (as defined in the Master Definitions), in pseudonymised form, under the rules in Section 15.5 of the Privacy Policy (Legal Basis: Legitimate Interest, supported by a documented Legitimate Interests Assessment). You can object to this use of Content that breaks no rule, as that Section explains.

Nixyum will not use your Content for any purpose beyond those listed in (a)–(d) above — and in particular will not use your Content to train general-purpose or commercial artificial-intelligence models, nor sell or license your Content to third parties for AI training — without your prior consent.

7.3 Duration of Licence

This licence continues for as long as your Content is available on the Platform. If you delete Content or your Account, the licence to that Content ends when the Content has been removed, which happens within 30 days, and from backups within 90 days, as the Data Retention & Deletion Policy explains (unless the Content is under review, was removed by a Moderator, or is needed for a legal claim). Where your Content has been reshared or reposted by another User, that derivative post may remain subject to the other User's own rights and these Terms.

7.4 Your Warranties Regarding Content

By posting Content, you represent and warrant that:

You have all necessary rights, licences, consents, and authority to grant the licence in Section 7.2.
Your Content does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.
Your Content complies with these Terms, all incorporated Policies, and all applicable Georgian law.
Where your Content includes Personal Data of third parties, you have a lawful basis for including that data.
No royalties, fees, or payments are owed to any third party by Nixyum in connection with the licence granted in Section 7.2.

You are responsible for your Content. Nixyum may remove Content that breaches these warranties, and may suspend or terminate the Account of a User who breaches them seriously or repeatedly, as described in Section 10.

7.5 Feedback

If you provide Nixyum with feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Platform ("Feedback"), you grant Nixyum a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use, incorporate, and commercialise that Feedback without obligation to you. Feedback is provided voluntarily and Nixyum is under no obligation to implement it.

8. Nixyum's Intellectual Property

"Nixyum", the Nixyum logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of Nixyum LLC. You may not use Nixyum's trademarks without prior written permission. Other trademarks, logos, and brand elements appearing on the Platform belong to their respective owners.

The Platform's software, design, user interface, compiled code, and all non-user-generated content provided by Nixyum are the intellectual property of Nixyum or its licensors and are protected by Georgian and international intellectual property law. The licence granted in Section 6 does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights to you.

9. User Obligations and Conduct

By using the Platform, you agree to comply with the Community Guidelines, these Terms, and all incorporated Policies at all times. Your obligations include, without limitation:

Using the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Georgian law and the laws of your jurisdiction.
Not posting Prohibited Content as defined in the Community Guidelines and Master Definitions.
Not using the Platform to harass, abuse, threaten, defraud, or harm other Users or third parties.
Not impersonating any person, organisation, or Nixyum itself.
Not circumventing, disabling, or interfering with the Platform's security, access controls, or technical measures.
Not creating multiple Accounts or creating a new Account following an Enforcement Action without Nixyum's prior written consent.
Not engaging in coordinated inauthentic behaviour, including the use of bots, scripts, or multiple Accounts to manipulate Platform metrics or discourse.
Keeping your Account credentials confidential and immediately notifying Nixyum of any suspected unauthorised access.

The complete list of prohibited conduct is set out in the Community Guidelines. Violations of the Community Guidelines constitute a breach of these Terms.

10. Moderation and Enforcement

Nixyum reserves the right — but is not obligated — to monitor Content on the Platform and to take Enforcement Actions in respect of Content or conduct that violates these Terms or any incorporated Policy. The range of available Enforcement Actions is set out in the Content Moderation & Takedown Policy. Enforcement Actions include, without limitation: content removal or restriction, including holding Content from other Users pending review; formal warnings; feature restrictions; suspension of a Nyx; temporary Account suspension; permanent Account termination; reporting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to NCMEC and, where required, to the competent authorities; and referral to Georgian law enforcement.

Nixyum will notify you of Enforcement Actions taken against your Content or Account, subject to the exceptions described in the Content Moderation & Takedown Policy. You have the right to appeal most Enforcement Actions within thirty (30) days of notification, as described in the Content Moderation & Takedown Policy. The right of appeal does not apply once a person has confirmed that Content is CSAM, nor to terrorism-related content or content removed pursuant to a valid court order; an automated CSAM block can still be contested, as Section 15.3 of the Privacy Policy describes. For removals under the dedicated NCII public takedown procedure (Content Moderation & Takedown Policy §9A), the affected User may submit an appeal, but the removed Content will not be restored as a precautionary measure pending the appeal outcome.

Nixyum's failure to enforce these Terms against you or any other User on any occasion does not constitute a waiver of Nixyum's right to do so at any time.

11. Payments and Commercial Services

11.1 Free Service

Basic access to the Platform is provided free of charge. Nixyum may introduce paid features, advertising products, or other commercial services from time to time. The availability, pricing, and terms of any paid features will be published on the Platform in advance of their activation. If you wish, you can make a voluntary donation to support Nixyum and its founders, by bank transfer to the account shown in the app. A donation is your own decision: it is not a payment for anything and gives no feature, status or service. If you send a transfer by mistake, contact [email protected].

11.2 Advertising

The Platform does not offer advertising at present. Once it does, Advertisers who wish to place paid advertising on the Platform must comply with the Advertising Policy and any applicable insertion order or commercial agreement entered into with Nixyum. The basic User licence in Section 6 does not include the right to advertise. Advertising enquiries: [email protected].

11.3 Payment Processing

If paid features are introduced, payments for them will be processed by a payment provider named in the Privacy Policy before it is used; by making a payment, you agree to that provider's applicable terms. Nixyum does not store full payment card data. Records of payments and of donations are kept for accounting and legal purposes, as described in the Data Retention Schedule.

11.4 Refund Policy

All amounts paid for Platform services are non-refundable except: (a) where required by applicable Georgian consumer protection law; (b) where Nixyum expressly commits to a refund in a specific commercial agreement; or (c) where the paid service was not delivered due to Nixyum's fault. Where a User's Account is suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms, no refund of amounts paid is due, except at Nixyum's sole discretion or as required by law.

11.5 No Refund for Policy-Violating Content

Where Content for which the User has paid advertising fees is removed for violation of the Advertising Policy or Community Guidelines, no refund or credit is due for fees attributed to the period during which the violating Content was live.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Nixyum's collection, use, storage, and sharing of your Personal Data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the Privacy Policy, you must not use the Platform.

Cookies and similar technologies are governed by the Cookies Policy. Data retention and deletion practices are governed by the Data Retention & Deletion Policy and the Data Retention Schedule. The complete record of processing activities is set out in the Data Map.

13. Third-Party Services and Content

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services, and may display Content posted by Users that references or embeds third-party material. Nixyum is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of any third-party service and does not endorse any third-party content. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the applicable third party's terms and privacy policy.

If you sign in with Google or Apple, your use of that sign-in service is subject to the provider's own terms and privacy policy.

14. Disclaimers and Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE GEORGIAN LAW, THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. NIXYUM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Nixyum does not warrant that:

The Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or from any particular location.
Any defect or error will be corrected.
User Content or other content on the Platform is accurate, complete, or reliable.
All Prohibited Content will be identified and removed.

Nixyum is not responsible for the conduct or content of other Users. You interact with other Users at your own risk. Nixyum does not conduct background checks on Users and does not guarantee the accuracy of any User's identity, qualifications, or statements.

Nothing in this section excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Georgian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by Nixyum's negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE GEORGIAN LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NIXYUM, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR:

Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages.
Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or use.
Any damage arising from: (i) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (ii) User Content or conduct of any User; (iii) unauthorised access to your data; (iv) any interruption or cessation of the Platform; or (v) any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful code transmitted through the Platform by any third party.

TO THE EXTENT NIXYUM IS FOUND LIABLE NOTWITHSTANDING THE ABOVE, NIXYUM'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO NIXYUM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) TWO THOUSAND GEORGIAN LARI (GEL 2,000). FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM ADVERTISING SERVICES, THE LIMITATION SET OUT IN THE ADVERTISING POLICY APPLIES INSTEAD.

Nothing in these Terms limits Nixyum's liability for: (i) death or personal injury caused by Nixyum's negligence; (ii) fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iii) any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Georgian law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nixyum LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors ("Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

Your access to or use of the Platform.
Your Content or conduct on the Platform, whether as your Nex or your Nyx.
Your violation of these Terms, any incorporated Policy, or any applicable law.
Your infringement of any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
Any breach of any representation or warranty you have made in these Terms.

Nixyum reserves the right to assume exclusive control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, at your expense, and you agree to cooperate with Nixyum's defence of any such claim. You must not settle any claim that involves an Indemnified Party without Nixyum's prior written consent.

17. Term and Termination

17.1 Duration

These Terms commence on the date you first access or use the Platform and continue until terminated in accordance with this Section 17.

17.2 Termination by You

You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting your Account in Settings ("Delete Entire Account") or by writing to [email protected]. Deletion takes effect after a 7-day period during which you can cancel it; when it takes effect, your right to use the Platform ends. Your Personal Data will be processed in accordance with the Data Retention & Deletion Policy. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 7 (User Content — Ownership and Licence), 15 (Limitation of Liability), 16 (Indemnification), 19 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction), and 20 (Miscellaneous) — shall survive.

17.3 Inactivity

An Account that has recorded no login, no Content submission, no interaction, and no verified communication with Nixyum for a continuous period of twenty-four (24) months constitutes an inactive Account as defined in the Master Definitions. Nixyum will issue a notice of intended closure to the registered email address. If no response is received within thirty (30) days of that notice, Nixyum will delete the Account in accordance with the Data Retention & Deletion Policy.

17.4 Termination by Nixyum

Nixyum may suspend or terminate your Account or access to all or any part of the Platform with immediate effect, with or without prior notice, where:

You have materially or repeatedly breached these Terms or any incorporated Policy.
Nixyum is required to do so by applicable law, a court order, or a regulatory direction.
Nixyum reasonably suspects fraud, misuse, or unauthorised use of your Account.
You engage in conduct that poses a risk to the safety of other Users, third parties, or the integrity of the Platform.
Nixyum decides to discontinue or materially modify the Platform or a component of it.

If Nixyum terminates your Account, it tells you so by email, and you can no longer sign in: when you try, Nixyum tells you that the Account is blocked. You can appeal the decision as the Content Moderation & Takedown Policy explains.

17.5 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account by Nixyum for breach of these Terms: your right to use the Platform ceases immediately; you are prohibited from creating a new Account unless Nixyum expressly grants permission; and any outstanding payments due are immediately payable. Nixyum will process your data in accordance with the Data Retention & Deletion Policy.

17.6 Platform Discontinuation

Nixyum reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue the Platform or any feature or service at any time. Nixyum will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of permanent discontinuation. Nixyum will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform, to the extent permitted by applicable Georgian law.

18. Legal Complaints

18.1 Copyright Infringement

Intellectual property takedown notices and counter-notices are processed in accordance with the Content Moderation & Takedown Policy. All notices must be submitted to [email protected] and must meet the requirements set out in that Policy.

18.2 Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII)

NCII takedown requests, including in respect of Synthetic NCII, are processed in accordance with the dedicated public takedown procedure set out in the Content Moderation & Takedown Policy §9A. Requests may be submitted via the public NCII reporting form at https://support.nixyum.com/takedown or by email to [email protected].

18.3 Law Enforcement and Government Requests

Nixyum will respond to valid court orders, law enforcement requests, and regulatory directions in accordance with the Content Moderation & Takedown Policy and the Data Retention & Deletion Policy. All law enforcement requests must be submitted to [email protected] and will be authenticated before action is taken.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

19.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Platform (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, including the Georgian Civil Code, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the User's country of residence are not excluded by this choice of law clause, to the extent they cannot lawfully be waived.

19.2 Jurisdiction

The courts of Tbilisi, Georgia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this clause prevents Nixyum from applying for urgent interim or injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

19.3 Dispute Resolution — Good Faith

Before commencing any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith through direct negotiation for a period of thirty (30) days from the date the dispute is first raised in writing.

19.4 No Representative or Collective Proceedings

To the fullest extent permitted by Georgian law, any claim arising under these Terms must be brought in your individual capacity. You may not bring or participate in any representative, class, collective, or consolidated action or proceeding against Nixyum in connection with these Terms. If this clause is found to be unenforceable in relation to a specific claim, that claim shall be severed and the remainder of this section shall continue in effect for all other claims.

20. Miscellaneous

20.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and all incorporated Policies constitute the entire agreement between you and Nixyum in relation to the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof.

20.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

20.3 No Waiver

Nixyum's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision or of Nixyum's right to enforce it on any future occasion. Any waiver must be made in writing to be effective.

20.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without Nixyum's prior written consent. Nixyum may assign these Terms or any of its rights and obligations hereunder without your consent in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets, provided that the assignee assumes all of Nixyum's obligations under these Terms.

20.5 Force Majeure

Nixyum shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from causes beyond Nixyum's reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, acts of terrorism, government orders, pandemic or epidemic, failure of third-party telecommunications networks, or other force majeure events. Nixyum will use reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable.

20.6 Notices

Nixyum may provide notices to you via: (a) email to your registered address; (b) in-Platform notification; or (c) posting on the Platform. Notices are deemed received: by email, on the date sent; by in-Platform notification, when displayed to you. You may provide notices to Nixyum at [email protected] or by mail to the registered address.

20.7 Language

These Terms are provided in English and Georgian. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Georgian versions, the English version shall prevail.

21. Changes to These Terms

Nixyum may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, applicable law, or Nixyum's policies. Material changes will be communicated to you at least thirty (30) days before they take effect, via a notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address. For changes required by law or necessary for security or regulatory compliance, a shorter notice period may apply. A correction or clarification that does not change your rights or how your data is processed is not a material change and takes effect when it is published.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may delete your Account.
