Nixyum LLC voluntarily applies the 48-hour removal standard of the US TAKE IT DOWN Act to every request, whatever the requester's country, and processes it under the Georgian Personal Data Protection Law (2023). The 48 hours start when we receive a complete request. Nixyum is not liable for good-faith removal actions taken in response to valid requests.
Legal basis for processing this request

- We voluntarily apply the 48-hour removal standard of the US TAKE IT DOWN Act (in force since May 19 2026) to every request, whatever the requester's country.
- Georgian law
- Georgian Law on Personal Data Protection No. 3144/2023, Articles 4 and 8 — processing on the basis of legitimate interest: protecting the person depicted and keeping the platform safe.
- Data collected
- Name, email, content description, reported URLs. Used solely to process this removal request.
- Retention
- 12 months after your request is closed, as set out in our Data Retention Schedule; longer only where the law requires it, such as during an open investigation.
