Short answer
Both are in Settings → General:
- Language: Language & Region → App Language, then English or ქართული.
- Light or dark: Appearance → Theme Preference, then System, Light or Dark. System follows your device's setting.
This help centre has its own language and appearance switches at the top of every page.
