Nyx is anonymous to other users. It isn't anonymous to Nixyum.
Nixyum keeps a secure internal record of which account each Nyx belongs to. Only a small number of staff with a specific permission can see it, and every time one of them does, it is logged. It exists so the rules apply equally to both identities, bans can't be dodged by switching, and we can meet our legal obligations.
We share that link outside Nixyum only in these cases:
- an order signed by a judge of a Georgian court;
- a good-faith belief, based on specific facts, that it's needed to prevent an imminent threat to someone's life or physical safety;
- a requirement of Georgian law or a binding direction from the State Audit Office or another competent regulator;
- your own express written consent.
A request from the police, a prosecutor or another authority without a court order is not enough: we refuse it and ask for a court order.
We never share it with other users, advertisers or business partners. When your account is deleted, the link is kept for 30 more days, so that a pending legal request can still be answered, and is then permanently removed. If such a request is still open, or a legal hold applies, it is kept until that is resolved.
