Short answer
Settings → Danger Zone → Download Account Data. We prepare a file of your data and email you a link to it, valid for 48 hours. The file is in a machine-readable format (JSON), so you can take it to another service.
For anything the file doesn't contain, email [email protected] from your registered address. We'll verify it's you and reply within 10 working days. For complex requests this can be extended once by up to 10 more working days, and we'll tell you if so. It's free unless a request is clearly unfounded or excessive.
