Short answer
Tap the three-dot menu (⋯) on the post, comment, message or profile, then choose Report. Pick a reason and add context if it helps. Reports work the same from Nex and Nyx.
For things the in-app button doesn't cover (for example, a pattern of harassment across messages), email [email protected].
A moderator reviews reports, the most serious first: threats to life, child safety and terrorism come before anything else (see “What happens after I report something?”).
