Short answer
Use your backup codes: the 8 codes you saved when you turned on two-factor authentication.
- Sign in with your email and password.
- When asked for the 6-digit code, tap Enter secure codes and enter the backup codes Nixyum asks for.
- Once you're in, set two-factor authentication up again on your new phone (Settings → General → Two-Factor Authentication) and save the new backup codes.
Each backup code works only once. If you can't find your backup codes, email [email protected] from the address you signed up with, and we'll see how we can help. We will never ask for your password.
