Short answer
Act quickly, because access to your account means access to both Nex and Nyx:
- Change your password: Settings → Danger Zone → Change Password. If you can't sign in, use Forgot password? on the sign-in page.
- Sign everyone else out: Settings → Danger Zone → Revoke All Sessions.
- Turn on Two-Factor Authentication in Settings → General, and keep Login Alerts on there, so you get an email when a new device signs in.
- Email [email protected] from your registered address with what you noticed.
Never share your password or backup codes with anyone, including anyone claiming to be Nixyum staff. We will never ask for them.
