Nixyum is 18+ only. You give your date of birth when you sign up, and we refuse registration if it shows you're under 18.
If you tell us you're under 18, or a moderator concludes from evidence that you are, the account is blocked at once: you're signed out and your content is hidden, but nothing is deleted yet. We email you to explain. If it's a mistake (a wrong date of birth, or someone else used the account), tell us within 30 days and a member of staff will weigh what you say and decide. We never ask for an ID document. If there's no reply, or the review confirms you're under 18, the account is deleted. An automated signal alone never leads to deletion.
Each person can hold one account (which includes both Nex and Nyx).
